- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and stack merchandise.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with loading and unloading merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
- Assist with assembly and preparation of merchandise for display on the sales floor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
