  1. Assist with the daily operations of the in-store warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure a safe and efficient work area.
  3. Collaborate with team members to accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders for both customers and store replenishment.
  4. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  5. Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and stack merchandise.
  6. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with loading and unloading merchandise and answering any questions they may have.
  8. Assist with assembly and preparation of merchandise for display on the sales floor.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  13. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store and the IKEA brand.
