  1. Maintain an organized and well-stocked warehouse to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  4. Label and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  5. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  6. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to coordinate tasks and address any issues.
  9. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise for customer orders and store replenishment.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of IKEA's products and services to provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a positive and professional image.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory control and loss prevention measures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  14. Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.
