  1. Receive and organize incoming merchandise: The In-store Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving new shipments of merchandise and organizing them in the warehouse according to IKEA's standards.
  2. Maintain inventory levels: The In-store Warehouse Worker will be responsible for keeping track of inventory levels and restocking items on the sales floor as needed.
  3. Ensure accuracy of stock: It is the responsibility of the In-store Warehouse Worker to ensure that all merchandise is accurately labeled and stored in the correct location.
  4. Prepare merchandise for display: The In-store Warehouse Worker will assist in preparing merchandise for display on the sales floor, including assembling furniture and arranging displays.
  5. Operate forklifts and other machinery: The In-store Warehouse Worker will be trained to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store merchandise.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment: The In-store Warehouse Worker will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized, as well as following all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  7. Assist with customer orders: The In-store Warehouse Worker will assist with fulfilling customer orders and ensuring they are accurately processed and packaged for pickup or delivery.
  8. Collaborate with other team members: The In-store Warehouse Worker will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and assist with any tasks as needed.
  9. Provide excellent customer service: As an integral part of the IKEA team, the In-store Warehouse Worker will be expected to provide excellent customer service to all customers and represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The In-store Warehouse Worker will be expected to follow all IKEA policies and procedures, including safety protocols, inventory management, and customer service standards.
