Job Description

IKEA is looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Planning Specialist to join our team! Our ideal candidate is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and ready to help create beautiful and functional IKEA kitchens for our valued customers. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of related experience in kitchen planning and design, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers create their dream kitchens. The Kitchen Planning Specialist will be responsible for providing customers with a comprehensive plan for their kitchen, from planning and design to delivery and installation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing customers with advice and guidance to ensure their kitchen meets their needs and expectations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive kitchen plans for customers, including planning, design, delivery, and installation.
  2. Provide customers with advice and guidance to ensure their kitchen meets their needs and expectations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of design and planning processes.
  4. Work with customers to create their dream kitchen.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction with the kitchen design and installation process.
  7. Liaise with relevant suppliers to ensure kitchen plans are effectively implemented.
  8. Stay up to date on the latest kitchen trends and designs.
  9. Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with customer orders.
