Are you a creative individual with a passion for kitchen design? Then IKEA is looking for you to join our team as a Kitchen Planning Specialist! As part of the IKEA team, you will be responsible for creating memorable kitchen experiences for our customers. You will use your creative eye to guide customers through the entire kitchen planning process, from conception to completion.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. You should also have a knack for problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team environment. A degree in interior design or a related field is highly desirable.We’re looking for an individual with a genuine interest in kitchen design and a desire to help others create a home that’s both beautiful and functional. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers in planning their kitchen from conception to completion, including selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures.
  2. Utilize creative skills and knowledge of interior design to provide customers with guidance and advice.
  3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and colleagues.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen design trends and materials.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns.
  6. Work collaboratively with the IKEA team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and design plans.
  8. Follow all safety regulations when handling products and equipment.
