  1. Coordinate and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the supply chain.

  3. Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any potential delays or issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any logistics-related challenges.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
  6. Continuously review and improve logistics processes to support business goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and operations.
  11. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  12. Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and make recommendations for improvements in logistics processes.
  13. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
