You will be responsible for managing the logistics operations for a specific product category, working closely with our suppliers, distribution centers, transportation partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, along with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.   1. Manage logistics operations for a specific product category, including coordinating and monitoring the flow of goods from suppliers to stores and customers' homes.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers, distribution centers, transportation partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Analyze and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and transportation partners.
  6. Ensure compliance with all transportation and logistics regulations and standards.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics operations.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  10. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on logistics processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve logistics processes and systems.
  13. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics operations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
  15. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Wms.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Transportation And Distribution Processes, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Warehouse Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
