  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the supply chain management process, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery.

  3. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times to meet customer demand.
  4. Implement and maintain effective logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues that may arise, such as delays or product shortages.
  6. Continuously analyze and evaluate the supply chain to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.

  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to logistics operations.
  11. Train and mentor other logistics team members to ensure high-quality and consistent performance across the team.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  13. Represent IKEA in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Transportation And Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management And Distribution Processes.

  • Proficient In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Wms.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
