  1. Develop and implement efficient and effective logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and build strong relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective logistics services.
  7. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee inventory control procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to logistics and supply chain management.
  11. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  12. Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  13. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations and performance to senior management.
  14. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  15. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Experience With Warehouse Management Systems.
