Replenishment Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Replenishment Assistant to join our team at IKEA! As a Replenishment Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our store shelves are fully stocked and organized. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a neat and organized store environment by stocking shelves according to IKEA policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Assist customers in locating items on the shelves
• Review and adjust product displays to ensure maximum visibility
• Update and maintain records of stock levels, sales, and inventory
• Assist in the processing of customer orders
• Receive, unpack, and price items for inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and practices
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Lift and carry up to 35 pounds as needed
