Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory levels of products and ensure timely replenishment of stock
2. Assist customers in locating products and provide relevant product information
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
4. Utilize technology to complete replenishment tasks effectively and efficiently
5. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
6. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
7. Adhere to all safety regulations and policies
8. Handle customer complaints in a polite and respectful manner
9. Assist in training new team members
10. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of IKEA products and services
