You will work closely with our sales team and warehouse staff to replenish and restock items in a timely and efficient manner.   1. Ensure all products are properly stocked and organized on the sales floor at all times.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff to restock items as needed.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify popular and high-demand products and prioritize restocking accordingly.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies or missing items.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient restocking.
  6. Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Monitor and follow up on customer feedback and complaints related to product availability.
  8. Communicate with inventory control and purchasing departments to request additional stock or special orders.
  9. Use inventory management software to track product levels and update stock information.
  10. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss inventory needs and strategies for improving efficiency.
  11. Train and mentor new employees on restocking procedures and product knowledge.
  12. Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols while handling inventory.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures for restocking, including proper handling and storage of products.
  14. Keep up-to-date with new products and changes in inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve restocking processes and suggest ideas for increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
