  1. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure all products are readily available for customers.
  2. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective replenishment strategies.
  3. Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  4. Restock and organize products on the sales floor to maintain a clean and visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  5. Communicate with various departments, including sales and warehouse, to coordinate and prioritize replenishment efforts.
  6. Follow IKEA's replenishment procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve any product availability issues to prevent stockouts and improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and ensuring all products are properly stored.
  9. Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that may arise during the replenishment process.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items in the store.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store layout changes to effectively assist customers and fulfill their needs.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in the replenishment process and suggest innovative ideas to streamline operations.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing IKEA's brand and values to customers and colleagues.
  15. Complete all tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding set targets and deadlines.
