Replenishment Assistant

As an IKEA Replenishment Assistant, you will be an integral part of our store team, responsible for making sure our shelves are stocked and customers can easily find the products they’re looking for. This position requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a warehouse or back-of-house position. You should have a working knowledge of retail systems, such as POS and replenishment systems. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:

• Replenish store shelves according to customer demand
• Ensure all products are in their correct locations
• Monitor stock levels and order new stock when necessary
• Manage POS and replenishment systems
• Ensure a customer-focused attitude is maintained at all times
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist customers with locating products
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Follow all safety and security protocols
