Responsibilities: • Monitor store inventory levels and restock shelves as needed • Receive deliveries and ensure orders are correct • Assist customers with locating items in store • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor • Ensure product displays are neat and inviting • Assist in the training of new staff • Contribute to creating a positive customer experience • Process customer returns and exchanges • Follow all safety and security protocols • Comply with IKEA policies and procedures
