  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and providing information about product features and benefits.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of IKEA's products, policies, and procedures to accurately answer customer questions.
  5. Proactively approach customers on the sales floor to offer assistance and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
  6. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service desk and sales floor.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and provide feedback to management.
  10. Adhere to all IKEA safety and security policies and procedures.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and company updates.
  12. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards all customers, colleagues, and management.
  13. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure their resolution.
  14. Handle difficult or escalated customer situations with empathy and de-escalation techniques.
  15. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising tasks as needed.
  16. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
  17. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  18. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  19. Uphold IKEA's values and represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
