
Sales and Supply Support Specialist
IKEA is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales and Supply Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and stock the shelves with IKEA products.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide creative solutions in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock.
- Create and maintain customer profiles.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintain knowledge of IKEA products, procedures, and pricing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase.
