Job Description

IKEA is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales and Supply Support Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on the challenge of keeping our customers satisfied and our shelves stocked. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day. If you’re the kind of person who loves to help people and keep things running smoothly, then this might be the perfect job for you.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in a sales support or customer service role. Additionally, you should be familiar with IKEA products and procedures. You should also have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your work, while still being an effective team player. Above all, you should have a positive attitude and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Maintain and stock the shelves with IKEA products.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
  4. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide creative solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock.
  6. Create and maintain customer profiles.
  7. Process customer orders, payments, and returns.
  8. Maintain knowledge of IKEA products, procedures, and pricing.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with purchase.
  10. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
