Job Description

IKEA is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Store Interior Design Manager to join our team! This individual will be responsible for leading our store design team in the development of creative and innovative store interiors, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail interior design, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional environments. If you're a self-starter with the ability to think outside the box, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative and creative store interior designs from concept to completion.
  2. Lead the store design team in the implementation of the store interior designs.
  3. Ensure that the store interior designs adhere to IKEA style guidelines.
  4. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in store interior design.
  5. Monitor the progress of the store interior designs and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store interior design meets company objectives.
  7. Manage the store design budget and ensure that all costs are within budget.
  8. Create detailed reports and presentations to the company stakeholders.
  9. Oversee the installation of store interior designs and ensure that all safety and quality standards are met.
  10. Provide direction and guidance to the store design team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
