Job Description

IKEA is looking for a driven and experienced Store Interior Design Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and an eye for detail, while also being able to think strategically and manage projects. This role involves working collaboratively with the store teams to create and manage the store interior design and display plans. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of IKEA's product range and the ability to create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in interior design or a related field, along with several years of experience in interior design and store merchandising. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to analyse data and develop strategies. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Designing interior layouts and displays to create an inspiring shopping experience for customers
  • Developing strategies based on data analysis
  • Managing projects related to store interior design and display plans
  • Working with store teams to ensure the store interior design and display plans are implemented
  • Ensuring the store interior design and display plans are in line with IKEA's product range
  • Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with store teams
  • Demonstrating an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Remaining organised and efficient in all tasks related to store interior design and display plans
