IKEA is seeking an experienced and creative Store Interior Design Manager to join our team and be responsible for the successful design and implementation of interior design concepts in our store. This pivotal role requires a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail. As the Store Interior Design Manager, you will bring to life our store’s vision to create unique and inspiring customer experiences.If you are a motivated leader with a passion for interior design and a proven track-record of success, we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree in interior design or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role. Responsibilities of the Store Interior Design Manager:

  1. Develop and implement interior design concepts that reflect IKEA’s store vision and create unique and inspiring customer experiences.
  2. Research and evaluate design trends, materials, and colors to create innovative and attractive designs.
  3. Manage and direct the design team in the implementation of design projects.
  4. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and present design concepts.
  5. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  6. Monitor the cost of materials and labor for design projects.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  8. Develop and nurture relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Provide feedback to the design team to ensure designs reflect IKEA’s store vision.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
