Job Description

The Store Interior Design Manager at IKEA is an extremely exciting role for a creative and motivated individual. This individual will be a key leader who will be responsible for ensuring that all store interior design projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality. Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with IKEA's design team to ensure all store interior design projects are completed to the highest standard.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders involved in store interior design projects.
  3. Monitor progress of store interior design projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion on time.
  4. Utilize strong eye for detail to ensure all design elements are executed to spec.
  5. Create and implement strategies to maintain the highest quality of store interior design projects.
  6. Actively seek out new ideas and design trends to ensure interior design projects reflect the latest innovation.
  7. Provide guidance and support to store interior design staff.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve store interior design experience.
