Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for an exciting new challenge? Here at IKEA, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team and lead our warehouse operations.We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills who is able to manage and motivate a busy warehouse team. This role will involve planning and implementing warehouse processes, managing inventory and ensuring that the team meets safety standards.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Demonstrable experience in warehouse operations and management, with a working knowledge of relevant IT systems, is also essential.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement and wants to make an impact in a busy, fast-paced environment.
