Associate, KYC Front Office Reporting & Change Officer

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive individual to join ING Group as an Associate, KYC Front Office Reporting & Change Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all customer due diligence (“CDD”) data and ensuring that the data is entered into the KYC system in a timely manner. You will provide Front Office support on KYC-related requests, coordinate changes to CDD data, and be the point of contact for users of the KYC system.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience in a KYC-related role, and knowledge of KYC systems and processes. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.
