- Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT systems, resources, and processes in order to meet the needs of customers and business operations.
- Monitor and analyze system capacity and performance data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Create and maintain incident management procedures to ensure timely resolution of any technical issues or disruptions.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of new systems and updates.
- Conduct regular capacity planning to anticipate future needs and make necessary adjustments to resources and systems.
- Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on system capacity and incident management.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Capacity And Incident Management, Preferably In A Financial Or Banking Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices, With Itil Certification Preferred.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Incidents And Tasks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And Stakeholders In A Fast-Paced Environment.
