  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the commodities industry to inform decision-making and solution development.
  4. Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  5. Utilize expertise in the commodities market to identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within ING Group to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Set and track goals and objectives for the team, providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
  8. Mentor and coach team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management to provide updates, address concerns, and seek feedback.
  10. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  11. Represent ING Group and the Client Solutions Group for Commodities at industry events and conferences.
  12. Work closely with other directors and senior leaders to align strategies and achieve company goals.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay informed about competitive offerings and identify opportunities to differentiate ING Group's services.
  15. Embody and promote the company's values and culture, inspiring team members to do the same.
