
Customer Loyalty Member
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual to join the ING Group as our Customer Loyalty Member. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers and ensuring that they receive the best possible service. You’ll need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think on your feet. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact on our customers’ experiences, then this could be the perfect role for you.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or loyalty role. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to develop strong relationships with customers.
