In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data through reconciliations and analysis.   1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and variances in financial data and take corrective actions.
  3. Work closely with other teams and departments to resolve any issues related to financial data.
  4. Perform in-depth analysis of financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial markets to ensure accurate and compliant reconciliations.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation of all reconciliation processes and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement automated reconciliation processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on reconciliation progress and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on financial data and reconciliation processes within the organization.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts on reconciliation processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while performing reconciliations.
  13. Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with the utmost discretion.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Reconciliations, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Experience With Financial Systems And Software, Such As Excel, Oracle, And Sap.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
