Managing Director - TMT/Infrastructure M&A

You should have an in-depth knowledge of the TMT/Infrastructure M&A process, from origination, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation through to closing. You should be a highly motivated individual, with a positive and collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, and you should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Lead TMT/Infrastructure M&A activities, including origination, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key TMT/Infrastructure stakeholders

• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and persuade stakeholders

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and independently as well as part of a team

• Manage M&A projects from initiation to closing

• Analyze data and market trends in order to identify potential opportunities

• Provide regular updates to senior management on M&A progress

• Present and explain M&A transactions to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
