
Summer Intern - HR
Create HR marketing communications for the various stages of the Employee Life Cycle (think new hire experience, training experiences, development programs and the like). Create insights and suggestions on our development programs through data. (Learn to use HRIS systems, the data that is in it, to determine where we should focus to keep our culture great). Analyze and make recommendations based on Employee Engagement Survey Data
Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated from an accredited college/university program
Strong academic record with a cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be pursuing a degree in HR
