HR Onboarding Specialist

Support the new hire onboarding process (meeting scheduling, new hire orientations, managing onboarding process and files). Provide onboarding support for the Talent Acquisition team while working closely with other cross-functional teams such as HR Business Partners and Department Admins Maintains procedural documentation related to onboarding processes. Acquire and maintain expertise to provide support in Taleo, DocuSign and other systems related to onboarding. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Management to ensure understanding of policies and procedures and respond to questions from new hires as needed. Serve as a back-up for responding to inquiries and questions via phone, email or voicemail. Performs administrative tasks for leadership.
