Business Analyst, Supply Chain
This individual works closely with the business partners to enable business capabilities through IT solutions. The Senior Business Analyst primary responsibility is to formulate and define project focused business scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and typical industry requirements. Leads small projects in support of business objectives. Manages resources according to project schedule and deadlines. Identifies and drives resolution of critical issues impacting the successful delivery of the project. Facilitates the understanding, clarification, and implementation of business requirements and works with key partners in IT to turn those into functional system designs.
Understanding of the Joann business model and how it applies to projects.
6+ years experience as a Senior/Level professional in an IT technology environment.
6+ years relevant experience in a large retail information technology environment.
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) preferred
