In addition, this role possesses the skill and knowledge for documenting pertinent information into appropriate systems and knows when escalation is required and is able to identify and triage routine financial clearance work. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical office, hospital, patient access or related experience
Knowledge of medical insurance plans; especially manage care plans
Knowledge of the Johns Hopkins Health System or other Healthcare related policies and procedures, preferred
