Content Strategist
Assign, write and edit articles to appear on JNJ.com that engage an external general population audience and highlight important activations, news and product launches across the company’s two sectors: Pharmaceuticals and MedTech. Conduct recurring calls with communications leads across the company to learn about new launches, initiatives and strategic priorities. Brainstorm story ideas that will perform across multiple digital platforms (JNJ.com, social media) and align to company priorities to pitch to Content Lab leadership team. Work closely with the Visual Strategist to select art for stories that will boost engagement across various digital and social media platforms. Work closely with business leads, including legal and regulatory, to ensure that all JNJ.com content is compliant and factually accurate. Perform pre-publication reviews of all JNJ.com content to confirm consistent and accurate display on both desktop and mobile.
A minimum of 5 years of editing experience is required, 7-8 preferred
Experience writing, assigning and editing complex health content for a large general population audience is required.
Ability to think conceptually across multiple platforms, including digital and social media is required.
