Continuous Process Improvement Specialist, Manager
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects toward successful completion resulting in improved process quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction. Establish and monitor metrics relative to Lean Six Sigma programs, projects and initiatives. Conduct periodic Lean Six Sigma program reviews and update department leadership on the deployment progress and LSS results Audits closed projects to ensure project results are maintained. Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives through the analysis and evaluation of performance data from business streams Responsible for the application of Lean Six Sigma techniques in pursuit of continuous improvement and for delivering tangible bottom line results Communicate and champion the need for change to improve business performance and acts as a change agent. Train, mentor and coach Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioners in the application of tools and techniques for process improvement.
Master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred
Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certified by a preferred
A minimum of 6 years professional process improvement experience is required
Experience guiding teams handling change related to the implementation and use of the Six Sigma approach is required
