Director of Risk Management

This role will be within our Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, threat emulation and defense, security analytics, and policy. Defend our people, brands, data and operations from attack. Ensure our business is resilient, ready and able to respond when attacked. Lead through security incidents and crises. Enable transparency and accountability in managing security risk. Shape Company policy and align to business goals, risk appetite and the changing external legal and regulatory environment. Lead the strategy and execution of security-focused ML/AI products designed to improve decision-making and enable intelligent automation. Lead recruitment, development, and management of a team of professionals, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusivity, fostering collaboration, performance management, training, accountability of metrics and compliance with all policies and procedures.
