  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and payers to ensure patients have access to Johnson & Johnson treatments.
  2. Educate healthcare providers and payers on reimbursement processes and guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reimbursement challenges and barriers.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  5. Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers and patients on reimbursement options.
  6. Manage and track reimbursement claims and denials, and provide timely resolutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze reimbursement trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in reimbursement policies and regulations.
  9. Conduct trainings and presentations on reimbursement processes and policies.
  10. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Johnson & Johnson products and their reimbursement processes.
  11. Serve as a liaison between Johnson & Johnson and healthcare providers and payers.
  12. Travel to various locations to meet with healthcare providers and attend industry events.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of reimbursement activities and outcomes.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential reimbursement issues and provide solutions.
  15. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for improving reimbursement processes and outcomes.
  16. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and payers to resolve reimbursement issues.
  17. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to reimbursement.
  18. Represent Johnson & Johnson in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement Or Managed Care.

  • Knowledge Of Government And Commercial Insurance Reimbursement Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
