- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies for Johnson & Johnson's portfolio of products.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for omnichannel growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on omnichannel strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy.
- Monitor and track the performance of omnichannel campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns, including coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in all omnichannel marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, to support omnichannel initiatives.
- Manage and allocate budget for omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on omnichannel performance to senior management.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in omnichannel strategy and execution.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Company.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Omnichannel Strategies In A Complex And Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools To Inform Decision Making And Measure Success Of Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Results.
