Job Description

Provide Workday technical guidance and expertise to business teams, internal and external configuration teams and developers, testing teams, compliance, and other project team members. Perform analytical support and technical analysis of requirements to produce solution specifications for BAU and production enhancement projects. Lead multiple parts of program and project delivery. Provides Workday subject matter expertise to support and develop resources across the Workday Squad. Identify areas for process improvements in the HR domain and leads the execution of continuous process improvement activities. Research future software releases for continuous processes improvement and innovation. Lead team of direct reports, building an encouraging team dynamic focused on fostering team skills/capabilities and the development of individual team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional IT or HRIS experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Workday integration or configuration experience

  • Experience in estimating, solutioning, building and testing Workday functionality

  • Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies

  • Experience integrating with Data Hubs, Payroll Systems, and Learning and Development Systems
