- Procure materials for production lines in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production demands.
- Implement and maintain inventory control processes to minimize waste and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and track materials usage and identify any potential shortages or excesses.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve any issues.
- Train and supervise junior team members in inventory management processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards while handling materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in material procurement and supply chain management.
- Uphold the company's values and code of conduct at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management And Materials Coordination In A Manufacturing Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) Standards.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills To Effectively Coordinate With Suppliers, Production Teams, And Other Departments.
Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
