Conducts validation studies on manufacturing equipment and processes. Plans, coordinates, and implements all qualification of new and/or improved manufacturing processes and equipment. Provides troubleshooting and technical assistance to the site operations. Effectively uses control charts and operational indicators, such as OEE, downtime, yield, and develops improvement actions as needed. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to various management levels. Assist in preparation of annual budget, including identification of new projects to drive growth and cost control for both enterprise and operating company success. Plan, conduct, and direct validation studies, including complete projects requiring advanced knowledge of equipment and processes.
