Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in research and development- Prior experience in leadership development or talent management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of driving successful innovation projects- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards a common goal- Passion for continuous learning and development- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus- Advanced degree in a related field is preferred

Job Qualifications
