- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Phd In Chemistry Or Related Field With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Drug Discovery Programs And Bringing New Molecules Into Clinical Development.
Strong Knowledge And Experience In Modern Drug Discovery Technologies And Platforms, Such As High-Throughput Screening, Structure-Based Drug Design, And Fragment-Based Drug Discovery.
Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Scientists, With A Focus On Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Work Culture.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Senior Management To Drive Scientific Direction And Achieve Business Objectives.
