Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking an experienced, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as Director, Global Marketing. As a leader in the global beauty industry, we are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team in executing our marketing strategy, developing innovative campaigns, and overseeing the growth of our brand.This individual should have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, a demonstrated track record of success in marketing initiatives, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, provide guidance and direction to team members, and bring a unique perspective to our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives brand growth and awareness.
  2. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as consumer insights, creative, digital, PR, and sales to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Managing and developing a team of marketing professionals and providing guidance and direction.
  4. Analyzing and monitoring the performance of campaigns and providing timely feedback.
  5. Developing innovative campaigns and initiatives to engage customers and drive brand recognition.
  6. Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision making and optimize campaigns.
  7. Maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape and staying up to date with industry trends.
  8. Working with external partners and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing projects.

Job Qualifications
