Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commodity Risk Manager - Energy & Utilities to join the Kimberly-Clark team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commodity risk across multiple energy and utility commodities, while ensuring that the company remains compliant with external regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of success managing commodity risk in a corporate setting. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in commodity risk management, preferably in the energy and utilities industry • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or related field • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, derivatives, and financial modeling • In-depth knowledge of commodity markets and regulations • Demonstrated history of success in managing corporate commodity risk strategies • Outstanding communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective commodity risk management strategies across multiple energy and utility commodities.
  2. Analyze and monitor commodity markets and regulations to identify potential risks.
  3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  4. Prepare financial analysis, derivatives, and financial modeling to support risk management decisions.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  6. Provide guidance and advice to senior management on risk management strategies.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding risk management strategies.
  8. Research and identify new opportunities for risk management.
  9. Ensure compliance with external regulations.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Job Qualifications
