
Reliability Leader
Create and establish a comprehensive reliability and preventative/predictive maintenance program for a new Tissue Machine and converting assets using the current mill standards. Sustain and improve comprehensive reliability and preventative/predictive maintenance programs for existing assets by auditing the program and making changes to improve asset reliability and OEE. Programs to include but not limited to vibration and lubrication analysis and monitoring. Leads execution of the Global Reliability Strategy and the 6 pillars of Reliability. Leads and employs root cause failure analysis techniques to improve asset OEE. Provides leadership and direction to Asset Maintenance team members and ensures succession plans are in place to build talent and provide site-wide support. Provides leadership and direction to site maintenance best practices program. Provides leadership and direction to site total productive maintenance program with other mill RELs. Provides leadership and direction to site maintenance development programs with other mill RELs.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience executing a preventative maintenance program
Minimum of 3 years previous leadership experience (in maintenance or operations) or significant asset engineering accountability
Prior experience with PMO, meantime between failure analysis, TALCM, & asset life cycle best practices.
Demonstrated ability to be a ‘hands-on’ leader working with operations teams to problem-solve and deliver improvements.
