
Shopper Insights Manager, Ecommerce
Develop and drive retailer, category and shopper research and analyses (e.g. path-to-purchase, situation assessment, strategic business plan, etc.). Work cross-functionally to integrate insights driven strategies to drive omni-channel category and brand growth. Identify opportunities and work within KCC to drive transformational initiatives relative to eDPSMs – e.g. search, navigation, digital shelf, assortment, digital marketing, etc. Provide insights and thought leadership in support of key business processes (e.g. Top-to-Tops, Innovation Summits, strategic business planning, etc.). Demonstrate customer-facing insights leadership through the behavioral understanding of the customers’ shoppers.
Experience and expertise in designing and executing shopper research
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transforming business analyses and data from multiple sources into actionable insights
Experience in analyzing data and developing compelling category stories that drive customer collaboration
A history of creativity in the use of data and the exploration of emerging data sources for eComm, Grocery pick-up, digital marketing.
