- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals for the assigned area or department.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and store management to ensure consistency and alignment across all areas and departments.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and address any operational issues or challenges within the assigned area or department.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the assigned area or department.
- Act as a role model for company values and standards, leading by example in all interactions with team members and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition within the retail market.
- Assist with the hiring and training of new team members as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Department Or Area.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
