  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their beauty needs and inquiries.
  2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of all beauty products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrances.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences.
  4. Offer personalized product recommendations and application techniques to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to share with customers.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized beauty section, including restocking products and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  8. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  9. Participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper handling and sanitization of beauty products.
  11. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and store operations.
  12. Uphold Sephora and Kohl's brand standards and values.
  13. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  14. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Sephora at Kohl's and its products to potential customers.
