  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of beauty and skincare products to assist customers in finding the right products for their individual needs.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
  4. Educate customers on proper skincare routines and techniques to enhance their natural beauty and address any concerns.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers.
  8. Continuously expand product knowledge through training, seminars, and self-study.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  12. Assist with in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  13. Take initiative to suggest improvements to store processes and procedures.
  14. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and product requests.
  15. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times to represent the company brand.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Beauty Products And Trends: A Beauty Advisor At Sephora Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Beauty And Skincare Products, As Well As The Latest Makeup And Beauty Trends.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Interaction With Customers, So Having Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Is Essential.

  • Sales And Retail Experience: Previous Experience In Sales Or Working In A Retail Environment Is Valuable For This Position, As Beauty Advisors Are Responsible For Promoting And Selling Products To Customers.
