- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service is provided.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives on company policies, products, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues and work to find satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices to improve the overall customer experience.
- Create and maintain reports to track customer service metrics and present findings to management.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing of customer service representatives to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the customer service team.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer Service Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Customer Service Associates.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Customer Complaints And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Kohl's Products, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Customer Trends.
